1.違法な銀行および政府による活動に由来する全てのクレジットカード、抵当、銀行債務の取り消し。
多くはこれを”ヨベル／大赦”あるいは完全な債務免除と呼んでいる。

Cancels all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities.
Many refer to this as a “jubilee” or complete forgiveness of debt.

2.所得税の廃止。

Abolishes income tax.

3.国税庁の廃止。国税庁の被用者は米国財務省の国内売上税部門に異動する。

Abolishes the IRS, with employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US Treasury national sales tax area.

4.政府の歳入となる日常不可欠ではない新品のみに課される一律17%の売上税の創設。言葉を変えれば、食料品と薬には課税されない。
また、中古住宅のような中古品には課税されない。

Creates a 17% flat rate non-essential new items only sales tax revenue for the government.
In other words, food and medicine will not be taxed; nor will used items such as old homes.

5.お年寄りの社会保障給付の増額。

Increases benefits to senior citizens.

6.法廷と司法の憲法への回帰。

Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters.

7.改変された称号および貴族階級の元来の状態への復帰。

Reinstates the original Title of Nobility amendment.

Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.

Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law.

13.連邦準備銀行制度の廃止。連邦準備銀行発効の紙幣が金融システムから完全に排除されるまでの一年間の移行期間に限って、
連邦準備銀行制度は米国財務省の補助的手段として運営される。
